$25 Donation

Your donation of $25 funds program supplies needed throughout the year for our after-school program, community programs, and summer camp.

$50 Donation

Your donation of $50 supports our Kultured Kings and Queens United program to provide quality mentoring, guest speakers, and hygiene products to participants.

$100 Donation

Your donation of $100 funds provides free field trips for our youth throughout the school year and goes towards hosting free community events such as art classes, resource fairs, and health and wellness activities.

$500 Donation

Your $500 donation goes towards our plan to renovate our existing but poorly functioning kitchen and community rooms to create accessible, more usable spaces that will allow the Center to serve more youth and residents.

Current Volunteer Opportunities

Seasonal Summer and Weekend Youth Development Mentor
June 1- August 18, 2023
Monday-Friday
8:30am-4:30pm (with possibility of weekend hours)
The Youth Mentor is responsible for creating and leading programming for youth in the center’s after school, evening, or summer programs. The mentor will work collaboratively with the Youth Programs Manager to ensure goals and metrics for youth development are being met. To apply, please email a resume and cover letter to Mya Hodge, Executive Director. No phone calls, please. Applications will not be considered complete without both a cover letter and resume. Post-offer background check required.

Afterschool Program Helper/Teacher Aid
Our after school program follows the dates of Baltimore City Public Schools (September – June) 
Monday through Friday
3:30 pm – 6 pm
Volunteers will work with neighborhood youth, aged 5-14

Social Media & Marketing Volunteer
Dates and times are flexible.
Come learn more about marketing and get experience in marketing and outreach. You’ll help design social media posts, fundraiser materials, community event flyers, and more!

Community Events & Programming Volunteer (Coordinator)
Dates and times are flexible.

Community Program Provider
Dates and times are flexible.
Want to share your passions with the community? Come provide a program to any age community members 1-2 times per week at the center. Program offering must be in line with mission/vision.
